(Oklahoma City-AP) -- The man who died after hitting his head during Friday's tornado died under the same circumstances his father did.
Leonard Kitchens died Sunday after he hit his head on a doorjamb while trying to lie down in his daughter's hallway for cover from Friday's tornado.
A few hours after hitting his head he went into a coma and never recovered.
Kitchens' daughter, Jane, says her grandfather, Harry, also died in a tornado more than 50 years before.
Harry Kitchens died while trying to hold his storm cellar's doors closed during a 1947 tornado in Leedey.
The doors opened and shut violently striking Harry Kitchens.
Leonard Kitchens will be buried Thursday in Woodward.
The Kitchens family say Leonard Kitchens was a witty man who loved photography and word puzzles.
