A bill requiring Oklahomans to have their fingers scanned when they get a driver's license is on the way to Governor Brad Henry's desk.
The legislation calls for finger images to be put on file to help prevent someone else from using the license or stealing a person's identity.
If it becomes law, the bill will take effect July 1st.
