(Oklahoma City-AP) -- A two-year investigation leads to the arrests of 27 people in Oklahoma City on various drug and firearms charges.
U-S Attorney Robert McCampbell says the arrests are vital in the state's war against methamphetamine.
Those arrested are being held on weapons charges and charges of making and distributing meth.
Nearly 160 federal agents from various agencies worked with the Oklahoma City Police Department to bring in people affiliated with the Outlaws motorcycle gang.
Authorities say they didn't target the club, but it happened that many of those arrested were affiliated with the club.
