Tulsa Police search for those responsible in an early morning shooting Tuesday.

Police responded to a burglary call around 1:15 AM Tuesday near East Woodrow Place and Harvard. The homeowner thought someone was trying to break into their home. But as it turns out, it was their neighbor looking for help.

Tulsa Police Sgt Mark MacKenzie, “At some point he was shot, left his house trying to find help and ended up next door banging on the door trying to get someone to call police for him.” MacKenzie says the victim had some friends at his home and he was shot between five and seven times after some sort of disagreement.

His name hasn't been released and we don't have his condition. No one has been arrested.
