(Ardmore-AP) -- One accused killer in southern Oklahoma has been found competent to stand trial while another has been found incompetent.
Accused killer Keith Christie was found competent in Carter County District Court in Ardmore to stand trial on charges of decapitating his 15-year-old brother.
Christie is accused of using a machete to kill his brother on February 13th, then trying to burn the body.
Accused killer Steve Wainscott was found incompetent to stand trial in an unrelated case.
District Attorney Mitch Sperry says doctors at the state mental hospital in Vinita believe Wainscott is not competent.
Wainscott is accused of stabbing Monty Dunn to death on New Year's Eve outside an Oklahoma City bar. He then drove Dunn's body to Ardmore where it was found inside Wainscott's car in the driveway of the home of a relative of Wainscott.
