(Durham, North Carolina-AP) -- An 8th inning run by Jose Virgil helped the Cowboys beat the Duke Blue Devils in baseball yesterday.

Virgil drew a one-out walk and scored on a single by Josh Fields.

O-S-U pitchers Joe Weaver and Shane Hawk held the Blue Devils to one run on six hits.

Duke run came after third baseman John Berger and center fielder Senterrio Landrum hit back-to-back singles.
