(Undated-AP) -- Oklahoma State's basketball team will play Ivy League champion Penn in the first round of the NCAA tournament.

The Cowboys are the 6th seed in the East Regional and will play 11th-seeded Penn on Friday in Boston.

Penn has a record of 22-and-5 and has won 14 straight games.

Oklahoma State goes into the tournament with a record of 21-and-9.
