Tulsa Police arrest homicide suspect

Tulsa Police have made an arrest in a fatal shooting last week at a Tulsa apartment complex. <br><br>Fred Pitts Jr was taken into custody Wednesday morning. He faces a charge of first-degree murder.

Tulsa Police have made an arrest in a fatal shooting last week at a Tulsa apartment complex.

Fred Pitts Jr was taken into custody Wednesday morning. He faces a charge of first-degree murder.

He was arrested in connection with the shooting death of 47-year-old Rickie Simmons. Simmons was shot several times while sitting in his SUV outside the Westport Apartments at 1700 S Jackson.
