Sand Springs Police caught a fast-working car burglar early Tuesday morning. They arrested 19-year-old Kyle Stromme who admitted to breaking into at least 20 cars Monday night.
They say he was wearing latex gloves so he wouldn't leave behind fingerprints and his pockets were full of stolen loot.
