(Enid-AP) -- An injured bald eagle is recovering in a veterinary clinic after being found by an Enid oilfield worker.

Gary Fleming noticed the bird as he headed to work in Grant County Monday morning.

Fleming eventually got ahold of a game ranger, who captured the bird along with help from Fleming and two other men.

The bird was taken to the Oklahoma State University veterinary clinic in Stillwater.

Officials there say the bird is doing reasonably well.

The eagle had fractures of a leg and wing and doctors are trying to determine how they happened.
