Tulsa Police suspect a man who robbed a McDonalds and shot two people, had some inside knowledge of the restaurant.

News on Six crime reporter Lori Fullbright reports that the armed robber went into the McDonalds at 71st and Mingo just after midnight on February 2.

The store was closing and the man was carrying an assault rifle.

Officer Andy Phillips of the Tulsa Police says, "The suspect ordered all to the back. A customer raised his hands and the suspect shot him in the stomach. The manager tried to assist and the suspect shot him in the leg."

The robber told the manager, you should treat your employees better, right before he shot him. That and the fact the man hid his face, leads police to believe he'd worked there or knew someone who did.

Phillips says, "What was odd about this guy was that half his face was covered by a bandana and the other half was white-face or white makeup."

Both the men who were shot, lived and they are just as anxious as police to get this man caught.

If you have information about this case, you can call Crimestoppers at 596-COPS.

You don't have to give your name and if your tip leads to an arrest, the Citizens Crime Commission will pay you a cash reward of two-thousand dollars.
