A man accused of killing a Glenpool couple has received four life sentences without the possibility of parole.
Joel Pethel was a co-defendant in the February 2001 murders of Harry and Teresa Hye. The Hye's were shot to death and burned after being robbed. Pethel pleaded guilty to five felonies - including first-degree murder, shooting with intent to kill, robbery, and first -degree arson.
Last week co-defendant Michael Browning received two death sentences for his role in the murders.
