(Fort Hood, Texas-AP) -- More than 37,000 soldiers from Fort Sill, Oklahoma and nine other Army posts have received their orders for an imminent overseas deployment.
The soldiers will make up what will be known as ``Task Force Ironhorse.''
The Fourth Infantry Division's two ground brigades and one aviation brigade at Fort Hood, Texas, received the marching orders yesterday.
A statement issued by Fort Hood says the troops will be moved to support President Bush's global war against terrorism. The statement says the Army is withholding public disclosure of the troops' destinations and the timetable for deployment for security reasons.
Fort Hood officials say this is the largest deployment at the base since Desert Storm.
