(Muskogee-AP) -- A McIntosh County man has been arrested on two complaints of bank robbery and suspected of robbing the same Tulsa bank twice in two months.

Earl Wayne Willhite was arrested at his home near Checotah Tuesday morning.

Federal officials say Willhite robbed the Mid-First Bank in Tulsa November 18th and December 13th.

Willhite is also a suspect in the December 27th robbery of the Bank of Oklahoma in Muskogee.

Willhite was indicted Friday for the two bank robberies and will appear in Tulsa federal court Thursday.

He is being held without bond in Tulsa.
