LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) _ Luke Alexander's ninth-inning solo homer off Waylon Byers lifted Oklahoma to a 5-4 win over Nebraska on Friday.
Alexander went 2-for-5 for the Sooners (19-10, 7-3 Big 12).
The Cornhuskers (19-10, 7-6) overcame a three-run deficit in the bottom of the eighth before Alexander's third round-tripper of the season.
Jed Morris had two of the Nebraska's six hits.
Byers (1-3) took the loss for Nebraska while David Purcey (1-2) got the win in relief.
The Hawks Field attendance of 5,623 marked the largest crowd to ever see a Husker home game, topping the 5,484 that saw Nebraska beat Rice 9-6 in last year's Super Regional.
