TULSA, Okla. (AP) _ Todd Linden went 3-for-5 and Carlos Mendoza scored twice as Shreveport beat Tulsa 5-2 Friday in Texas League play.
In the fourth inning, Ruben Rivera scored on an error, while Gerald Laird had an RBI-single to put Tulsa up 2-1.
Linden led off the sixth with a double. Deivis Santos grounded out to second base later in the inning to bring Linden home and put Shreveport up 3-2.
The Swamp Dragons added two runs in the top of the ninth and Luke Anderson held off Tulsa to get his first save of the season.
Ryan Cox (1-0) went 3 2/3 innings for Shreveport.
Tulsa's Erasmo Ramirez (0-1) allowed two hits and one run in 2 1/3 innings.
