RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) _ A man wanted in Oklahoma on a kidnapping warrant has been taken into custody at an Interstate 90 rest stop at Wasta.

Wyatt Mullin, 31, of Claremore, Okla., was scheduled for a court hearing Wednesday to determine if he should be returned to Oklahoma.

A teen-age girl with him is unhurt. The Pennington County sheriff's office said Mullin is the foster parent of the girl.

The arrest came after two deputy U.S. marshals became suspicious of a vehicle that was driving erratically on I-90 and did a check of the license plate, authorities said.
