Campaign 2002 is heating up, literally. Independent Tulsa Mayoral candidate Paul Tay burned several traffic tickets accusing him of riding his bicycle in an unsafe manner.

Tay's using the bike as part of his campaign. He says tickets for making improper lane changes, driving too slow, not yielding to an emergency vehicle and campaigning from a median are unfair.

Tulsa Police say the laws apply to everyone, and if Tay doesn't take care of his tickets, they'll issue a warrant for his arrest.
