Tulsa County DA Tim Harris says he will not file charges against a Tulsa Police officer accused of sexual assault.

The DA's office says the allegation can't be substantiated by credible evidence beyond a reasonable doubt. The attorney for the woman who filed the complaint says she's devastated.

He says he believes it sends a poor message to the women of Tulsa about which officers they can trust.
