Tulsa's Parkside hospital faces more financial trouble; this time it's employee lay-offs.

The cityâ€™s largest community-based mental health center plans to let 29 employees go and close three of its offices in the Tulsa area. Parkside Hospital says the closings are part of a plan to relocate all the hospital's outpatient services to the main facility on Utica.

Patients were shuffled to other health care providers last year after the state ended its contract with the hospital.
