Shoppers at Tulsa's Woodland Hills Mall might not know it, but mall ownership has changed hands.

Three companies are in the final stages of buying the mall from its current
owner. If the $5-billion deal goes through, Simon Property group, which owns Tulsa's Eastland Mall, would have a 50% share of Woodland Hills.

The sale should be complete by April.
