Failed energy giant Enron faces a class action lawsuit, and Oklahoma is part of it.

State officials say Enron's bankruptcy cost the state nearly $7-million. Pensions for state teachers were hardest hit. The Teachers Retirement System already knows it lost more than $1.5-million on its Enron investment.

But Oklahoma's losses are small compared to other states. That's because state law forbids the investment of more than five percent of a pension fund in any one stock.
