A Tulsa doctor is accused of attacking an Afghan taxi driver in California. San Diego Police arrested Stanley Grogg Saturday on hate crime and battery complaints.
Witnesses say Grogg punched a cab driver several times after a heated discussion between the two. Grogg is an associate professor of pediatrics at OSU's College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa. He was attending a medical conference in San Diego.
OSU says it will conduct an internal investigation. Grogg was released on $33,000 bond.
