Students at one Tulsa school wanted to do something special to mark the one-month anniversary of the Attacks on America. So students at Victory Christian School released balloons, hundreds of them, red, white and blue.
More than 700 balloons went up with special messages attached to them. The students included a return address on the messages so who ever received the balloons can write them back.
