The McAlester Army Ammunition Plant is keeping busy now that the retaliation has begun. The plant is a major ammunition storage site for all branches of the US military. It is the Defense Department's largest explosive storage facility.
The plant also manufactures many of the bombs being used in the attacks on Afghanistan. Officials say the facility has one goal, "A total commitment to ammunition and missile readiness with our focus on the war fighter."
