A long-awaited murder trial that was scheduled to get underway Monday has once again been delayed. A judge has pushed back Wayne Garrison's trial until November 5th.

Garrison is accused of killing and dismembering 13-year-old Justin Wiles of Tulsa in 1989. His trial first started back in April but was stopped when an expert witness for the defense was unable to attend for medical reasons.
