Being a teacher can be pretty cool, more so if you're a finalist for Oklahoma's teacher of the year. Blue Bell ice cream thought so, too.
The ice cream man pulled up to Charles Page High School in Sand Springs with quite a load of the cool treats, all in honor of Michael Bynum. Bynum is an Oklahoma teacher of the year finalist, and everyone at the high school got to share in the ice cream treasures. Turns out, Michael Bynum is a big fan of vanilla. Blue Bell presented him with four half gallons of it.
Bynum and the other state finalists will learn who is selected as Oklahoma's top teacher on September 18th.
