The FBI arrested a Minnesota man Sunday who they say came to Oklahoma to commit unlawful acts with a minor.

Police in Fort Gibson arrested 34-year-old Donald Pohl of Nevis, Minnesota. They say he set up a meeting with a 14-year-old girl who lives in Fort Gibson. Tuesday, Pohl was charged with attempted indecent proposal to a minor.

He also faces other federal charges.
