A Tulsa County community is getting help to solve water woes. Collinsville has received a $1-million dollar state loan to renovate its wastewater collection system.

The system serves close to 4,000 people and dates back to the 1920s. And the treatment plant is at least 20-years old. Construction is expected to start in November and will take about 10-months to compete.
