Tulsa Police are investigating an accident in highway 169 that shut down part of the highway during Thursday morning rush hour.

Police say the accident happened just after 7 o'clock between 81st and 91st. They say the driver in a car was following a pick up truck heading south, when she attempted to change lanes. The car clipped the back end of the pick-up, sending the truck spinning. It then flipped several times.

The driver of the truck was taken to a local hospital for treatment. The driver of the car was not injured.
