FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) _ Three Oklahoma men accused of gunning down a man during a drug-related robbery in Fort Worth are awaiting trial on capital murder charges.

Donald Overton, 21, Markus Johnson, 23 [pictured], and Terence Lamar Brown, 29, all of Tulsa, Okla., were indicted Tuesday by a grand jury in Fort Worth.

Reginald D. Hampton, 35, was shot July 30 during a robbery at a house. A 28-year-old friend of Hampton's was shot once in the abdomen but survived.

Witnesses told police that Hampton and his friend had gone to the house to discuss buying marijuana. It was thought that Hampton was carrying $10,000, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.

Police who arrived at the house right after the shooting found a bag with $6,480, the affidavit said.

Johnson and Brown were arrested in Tulsa in September in connection with the shooting and were extradited to Texas. Overton, also a suspect in a Joplin, Mo., homicide, was picked up in November by Oklahoma authorities and also transported to Fort Worth.

A fourth suspect, Oaka Adams, 25, was charged with capital murder this week after his arrest in Arlington. His case has not been presented to a grand jury.
