(Nowata-AP) -- For the second day in a row, an accident involving several tractor-trailer rigs has blocked a highway in northeastern Oklahoma.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says both lanes of US Highway 169 north of Nowata were blocked about three miles north of Nowata, due to the accident Friday afternoon.

Thursday morning, a stretch of US highway 169 just south of the Kansas state line was closed due to another tractor trailer crash.
