(Fort Smith, Arkansas-AP) -- An Arkansas company is voluntarily recalling an undetermined amount of frozen beef in Oklahoma and Arkansas.
Famous Chili Incorporated of Fort Smith says it failed to list monosodium glutamate on the label.
Famous Chili distributed the beef to restaurants, hotels and other institutions in Oklahoma and Arkansas.
Monosodium glutamate is a flavor enhancer, and some people who have eaten foods with M-S-G have reported adverse reactions.
The recalled taco filling products are:

_Famous Brand, Established in 1935.
_Quality Foods Incorporated.
Each case has the establishment code ``EST. 10647'' inside the USDA inspection seal. The product was made between Oct. 1, 2000, and Nov. 19, 2002.
