A recount of votes from last week's election has been stopped in Delaware County. In the county commissionerâ€™s race there, the challenger best the incumbent by one vote.

A recount began Thursday, but then just as quickly, it was stopped. A Delaware County district judge says voting irregularities makes it impossible to determine a winner.

Heâ€™s asking the governor to call a new election.
