(Chicago-AP) -- Navistar International announced it will take a restructuring charge of up to 456 (M) million dollars in the fourth quarter.

That comes as Warrenville-based Navistar plans to leave the Brazilian truck market.

Navistar also cited the uncertain future of a truck engine agreement with Ford Motor.

Navistar operates plants in Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Oklahoma and Texas as well as Brazil and Mexico.

Navistar will exit the Brazilian truck market effective Thursday.
