police arrest a Tulsa dive instructor accused of touching some of his students inappropriately.

Officers arrested Nelson Johnson Junior late today on four charges of sexual battery.

Police began their investigation of the Island Quest Dive School instructor back in August when two women came forward.

An investigation led detectives to five other women who made similar accusations. Investigators say the alleged touching didn't appear to be accidental.

Detective Mark Mears says,"With seven different women saying this, it's not near as likely that it was inadvertent. The manner in which he was doing the touching, some of it was underneath the clothing was made it more obvious that it was not inadvertent."

Only four of the women who came forward are pressing charges against Johnson.
