Homeland Security is the topic being discussed by more than 200 Oklahoma emergency managers meeting in Tulsa this week.

Government officials and emergency workers are looking at their roles in keeping Oklahoma and the nation safe in the event of crisis. The conference includes training on response to weapons of mass destruction, animal disease outbreaks, meth labs, cyber, chemical, and bio-terrorism incidents.

Participants will also take an in-depth look at response and recovery efforts following the I-40 bridge collapse in May.
