The same store where Saturday's double murder happened was robbed by another bandit on August 29. Police have a photograph of the suspect and are hoping maybe you'll recognize him and turn him in.
News on Six crime reporter Lori Fullbright has details in thhis weeks "To Catch A Crook.
The suspect went into the Lucky Trip convenience store in East Tulsa on August 29th just before midnight. His weapon was a silver handgun.
Officer Scott Walton of the Tulsa Police says, "He grabbed money out of the attendant's hand then emptied the cash drawer and left on foot."
The robber is in his early 20's, about five-feet-10 and weighs 180 pounds. Detectives believe he may live in the area of the store.
Officer Scott Walton says, "The fact he left on foot leads us to believe he might live in the nearby apartment complexes, since there was no sign of a vehicle."
Officers hope someone will recognize the suspect from surveillance photos and turn him in.
If you know the robber, you can call police at 5-9-6-COPS. You don't have to give your name and if your tip leads to an arrest, the Citizens Crime Commission will pay you up to two-thousand dollars Cash.
