The price of progress could be convenience at OU's home football games this year.
Getting to Norman campus shouldn't be too tough. But once you're there, you'll see some changes. On the east side of the stadium, Jenkins is closed between Lindsey and Brooks. Prior to games, Jenkins will also be closed from Farmer to Lindsey, and Lindsey will be closed from Asp to Lincoln.
After you make through all that, it's time to park. Spots on campus will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis for $10. If you'd rather park and ride, you can take a shuttle from the Lloyd Noble Center for $2, Max Westheimer Airport for $5, or Crossroads Mall for $5. If you park on the street, make sure to watch out for yellow curbs and no parking signs. Otherwise you might comeback to find your car towed.
Once you're parked, you've got to figure out how to get into the stadium. The OU Sports Information office says you should use corner gates to get in. Gate 1, Gate 11, Gate 17, Gate 33 and Gate 44.
They will open 90 minutes before kickoff.
