(Lenapah-AP) -- A train derailment in northeastern Oklahoma left wreckage scattered alongside the tracks in Nowata County.
No injuries are reported following the derailment of the Union Pacific train that was carrying coal when it ran off the tracks north of Lenapah.
Union Pacific spokesman Mark Davis says 24 cars of the 120 car train ran off the track. Davis says crews worked through the night to clear the wreckage and will have to replace about 1,800 feet of track.
He says officials are still trying to determine the cause of the derailment.
