Governor leading delegation to China

(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Governor Keating is leading an Oklahoma delegation on a two-week trade and economic development mission to China, Hong Kong and Vietnam.
The governor is to attend a trade show and speak at various events in China. He's also expected to solidify an agreement for an exchange program for high school students between the Oklahoma School of Science and Mathematics and a Chinese school.
Keating is also expected to sign an agreement allowing Vietnamese students to transfer two years of college credit and complete their education at an Oklahoma University.
Keating, his wife and several staff members are making the trip and plan to return on September 4th.
