In Bartlesville, students who participate in extra curricular activities could be tested for drugs and alcohol.
A new proposal in the works calls for students to be tested before the season, at random, and if their behavior raises suspicion.
You might remember, an honor student in the Tecumseh school district challenged random drug tests for those involved in extra-curricular activities. Linday Earls took her case all the way to the US Supreme Court, which ruled in June that the tests are constitutional.
