(El Reno-AP) -- Police are investigating the shooting death of a ten-year-old El Reno boy Monday.

Termain Richey was found dead by his mother with a gunshot wound to the head.

A young male is in custody for questioning but police won't say if he's a suspect.

Police say they are treating the incident as a homicide but they haven't found a murder weapon.
