A Tulsa County District Court judge ruled Friday in a lawsuit over an alleged sexual assault at Webster High School.

The judge says the Tulsa School district can keep some students from participating in extracurricular activities as part of a zero tolerance policy. This reverses an earlier restraining order against the school.

Last year, one student claimed he was assaulted by football teammates. Five students were charged and more than a dozen were suspended. Attorneys for some of the students question the claims of the alleged victim.

A full hearing for the five students charged in the case is set for September.
