(Bartlesville-AP) -- The National Baseball Congress 18-and-under World Series begins next week in Oklahoma.

The 2002 State Farm National Baseball Congress Hap Dumont World Series is July 27th through August second in and around Bartlesville.

Nineteen NBC teams from across the country will play in the event, which is expected to generate about one-half million dollars for the area economy.
