The cause of an overnight fire is under investigation Tuesday morning. Tulsa firefighters were called to a home at Trenton and Newton around five o'clock Tuesday morning.

Flames were shooting from the home as they arrived. Crews quickly attacked the fire and managed to get it out. There was a concern that someone was in the home, but it turned out the owner wasn't there.

The house is a total loss.
