And investigation is underway in Tulsa over a near drowning involving a family that's seen tragedy before.
It happened Tuesday night at a home in the 2100 block of South 85th East Avenue. The family told police a 23-month old held her 13-month old sister under water in the bathtub for 45 seconds. The girls' father says he was in the bathroom at the time.
Doctors say the girl's lungs were filled with fluid and her brain was swelling.
The girl's family has been in the news before. Back in 1999 their son Mycha's face was bitten off by a family dog. He survived the attack but had to have his face reconstructed.
