One person is behind bars; accused of stabbing a man to death outside the Sallisaw Wal-Mart.

Police arrested Travis Kibby at his home about an hour after the stabbing. Witnesses say Kibby pulled out a knife and began slashing James Gibson as he walked out the front door of the store.

Gibson died on the way to the hospital. Kibby faces a first-degree murder charge.
