Oklahoma County convictions on the list include Jimmy Dean Harris, Barney Marshall and Roderick Smith.
Three Creek County convictions are being challenged -- Calvin Johnson, Robert Lambert and Darrin Pickens.
Comanche County has two cases on the list -- Kenneth Charm and Maximo Salazar.
Others on the list are Lewis Gilbert, Richard Hammon, Mark D-Johnson, Gilberto Martinez, Patrick Murphy, Karl Myers, Richard Smith and Sammy VanWoudenberg.
