(Edmond-AP) -- A Lawton golfer claimed first place in the American Junior Golf Association qualifier.
Tamara Campbell shot an 82 at the par-70 Oak Tree Country Club in Edmond to finish tops in the girls division Sunday.
Mark Conlon of Arlington Texas led the boys division with a one-under 69.
Almost a hundred golfers from nine states competed for 16 spots at the Oak Tree junior tournament, which starts Tuesday.
Campbell is the only Oklahoma girl to qualify.
Oklahomans qualifying in the boys division are Taylor Lewis of Broken Arrow, Andrew Maronek of Stillwater and John Hurley of Norman.
